Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dinolandtoys.com.

Cancellations

Order Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dinolandtoys.com and include your order number.

Important Notice

We work hard to process and ship orders quickly, which means there may only be a short window for cancellations. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it before fulfillment.

In these cases, the order may instead fall under our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
