Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dinolandtoys.com with your name and order number.
30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@dinolandtoys.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Dinoland will cover shipping costs associated with exchanges or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to complete the refund process.
