At Dinoland, we believe toys should be built for adventure. That’s why every Dinoland toy is backed by our full 12-month Dino Guarantee.

If your product experiences any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal play within the first year of purchase, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.

What You’ll Need

To use your warranty, please provide your original receipt or proof of purchase showing the purchase date and product details.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Dinoland or through authorized retailers. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear from extreme prehistoric adventures.
